Connecting through Yoga to Stretch and Strengthen the Body and Mind
1. First, let’s talk tech
By now, most of us know how to connect to a Zoom meeting or we have someone who can help us do so.
You will need a computer or an iPad that can stand on a hard and stable surface.
Your computer/iPad will need to be positioned at a proper distance from where you will place your chair and yoga mat so I can see you fully as you move.
We provide a one-click link to enter our online studio.
Once entered, we will assist you in ensuring video and audio work.
2. Next, find your yoga pals
Call your friends and relatives and create a small group, 2-3 participants work well.
Make sure your friends/relatives also have the needed computer skills (or someone who can assist).
Select the day/time you would like your classes.
Or go solo and have a private 1:1 class!
3. Now, select the type of class you want
Chair Yoga
Yoga poses are done in a chair and can include standing poses and movement
Yoga Fit
More active yoga plus cardio and hand weights for upper arm strength
Combo Level
Gentle Yoga or a more active yoga class, poses can be done in a chair or mat, or both
4. Ready, set, go!
Contact us with the names, emails, and phone numbers of class participants.
We contact each participant to personalize the class
Yoga to Help Heal creates a customized yoga class to address participants' health conditions and desires.
Participants receive an email before class, providing the link to the online studio.
That's it! You are ready for yoga with your family and friends!
